Halloween 2005

Trick or treating at the Governor's Mansion is a long standing Frankfort tradition. Governor and Mrs. Fletcher continued the tradition this year with an added treat. For the first time in memory, the Mansion was decorated inside and out, and guests were invited inside the Executive Residence for treats and photos with the first family.
