Halloween 2006

Just as most other homes in Frankfort turn on the porch light and invite neighbors to stop by for a friendly treat, Governor Ernie Fletcher and First Lady Glenna Fletcher invited families from all across the Commonwealth to visit the Governor's Mansion for a fun and spooky Halloween experience.
