State Employee's Holiday Open House 2005

Nearly one thousand employees of state government made their way to the Governor's Mansion as Governor Ernie Fletcher and First Lady Glenna Fletcher continued the tradition of the State Employee's Holiday Open House on December 22, 2005. Kentucky's finest servants made their way from across the Commonwealth to view the holiday decorations, meet the first family and enjoy the fellowship at the People's House.

The later date of the 2005 State Employee's Holiday Open House gave many school children the oportunity to visit the Governor's Mansion and meet the first family with their parents and grandparents.

Guests were invited to enjoy their fill of delicious hors d'oeuvres and desserts at the Governor's Mansion.
